THE BREEZE

The Breeze

The breeze is the wind
just born
gentle and generous

The breeze doesn't separate
self and other

Every animal needs the breeze

Can you imagine gently running your fingers
over every animal in some town somewhere?
Around every plant, rock, and structure
Over the houses
Through the whiskers
Behind each leaf and petal
Moving the fur of a bumble bee in the direction of your
invisible touch?

Demanding with your presence
alone
that everyone stop what they are doing
and feel
