USA (Cast, Evan Rachel Wood and Zach Villa, Director, Writer and Editor Machete Bang Bang) Rebel & A Basketcase’s debut music video, inspired by the internal conflict of finding one’s identity, whether it be ideological, sexual or other. For Zach, it has an underlying message about classicism and one’s place in life. For Evan, the song is about breaking through barriers and refusing to make one’s self smaller. Both knew it would be the first song the band would put out into the world together.
IRELAND (Writer and Director Katherine Canty) A reflection on grief, January Hymn sees Clara return home for the first anniversary of her father's death. Taking the form of a fractured narrative, the film considers how Clara's experience of grief shapes her poetic relationship to a home which has been forever altered by loss. Shot on location in the director's home county of Laois, Ireland, and made with the support of the Irish Film Board's Signatures scheme.

IN THEIR EYES
USA (Director and Writer Gina Levy) For women, there has been a risk of participating in public life, a gender-specific tax that they must endure. “In Their Eyes” explores the felt experience of women, as they journey forth. Examining how women are not free, how we always are making choices to keep ourselves safe.
TASTING THE MOON
USA (Director Dawn Chan) A series of moving portraits of the First Generation of Contemporary Female Artists in Afghanistan. Comprised of three animated segments, Dawn spotlights Shamsia Hassani, Nabila Horakhsh, and Malina Suliman as individual artists. Each segment is created as an impressionistic dream sequence by drawing inspiration from recurring metaphors in each artist's work. In this collaborative attempt, Chinese-American Artist Dawn Chan explores the symbiotic relationship between female minority artists and their roots.

USA (Directors Sarah Fleming and Joann Self Selvidge) A mother shares personal stories about her life and her struggles with her son Edward, who has been involved with the juvenile justice system in Memphis, TN.
USA (Director and Writer Jane Rosemont) An old woman, recognizing her limitations and mortality, creates offspring from a lifetime of memories. The progeny are battered and worn but she could not be more proud.

KRISTEN DOES HER BEST (EPISODE 1)
USA (Director David Willing, Writer Kristen Studard) Kristen Studard is a struggling actor and comedian, much like the show’s creator, Kristen Studard. Unlike the show’s creator, we can see into the character Kristen’s mind and join her on absurd fantasy sequences. Kristen’s world is populated by friends, acquaintances and personified inanimate objects, all of whom have an opinion on her life and choices. Meanwhile, she tries to stay optimistic as she cobbles together an income, auditions for terrible projects, and goes on even worse dates. Sometimes things work out. Usually, they don’t.
